My IGF 1 LR3 Review

I have recently started using IGF 1 LR3, as a supplement in my current training programme. I work out 5-7 times a week, mostly resistance work with a touch of cardio at the weekend. As a result, i have been concentrating on increasing muscle mass, particularly upper body, and was looking for something to add to my routine. Therefore, one of the trainers at the gym recommended IGF 1 and despite being a little skeptical at first, I thought I’d give it a shot. Three months in and I am noticing enhanced muscle growth and speedier muscle repair after a hard session. Friends of mine have also started to use this product after seeing my results.
